At Niruso, we aim to make receiving your pet essentials simple and reliable from checkout to delivery. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days before shipment, and shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are displayed during checkout.
Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier operations, seasonal demand, and customs processing for international orders. While we work to ensure orders arrive as expected, shipping timelines are estimates and cannot always be guaranteed.
Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information may be provided where available so you can follow your shipment. Customers are responsible for entering accurate shipping details at checkout, as we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for deliveries made to incorrectly submitted addresses.

Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident shopping at Niruso. If your order isn’t the right fit, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Certain pet care or hygiene-related products may not be eligible for return once opened unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If your order arrives with an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order details along with photos where applicable. Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method after inspection.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
For exchanges, availability may vary depending on inventory at the time your request is reviewed.
